Personal data protection (GDPR)
- Personal data are processed so that we are able to handle orders or, where appropriate, inform existing clients of changes to business cooperation. The data processed might include first name, surname, address of place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address. For legal persons such information would be name and registered office of the company, first name and surname of a contact person, telephone number, e-mail address, Company Number and Taxpayer Identification Number.
- Your personal data will be stored and processed for the time taken to handle a particular order or for the duration of business cooperation and for the period of time required by legal (particularly tax) regulations.
- Personal data are not and shall not be disclosed or provided to any other parties.
- Personal data are provided voluntarily; however, failure to provide the required data might prevent you from ordering our services.

- You have the right to request that the responsible person erase or rectify the personal data having been processed.
Protection of the personal data contained in translated documents and confidentiality
- Translators and interpreters consider all information contained in materials to be translated and referred to in interpretation activities to be strictly confidential and keep such information confidential. They act in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Interpreters and Translators.
- Court interpreters who produce authenticated translations and who provide authenticated interpretation services are appointed by the court of the Czech Republic, are bound by oath and undertake their activities according to Act No 354/2019 on court experts and interpreters, as amended.
